2468 Linden

I've always had a deep love for art of various forms - pottery, painting, sculpture, and art found in the daily world. Lacking the talent to be a creator myself (and the funds to open a gallery in real life), I keep a collection of art that catches my eye on Instagram.

The name "2468 Linden" refers to the address of the bodega that my grandparents owned as refugees of the Holocaust in Brooklyn when my mother was a child. That same location is now a West African barbershop. To me, that address represents the transient nature of New York City: no one owns this city, and the beauty of it comes from the grit and character of each person who arrives to make their home here.
